ABOUT ME
I am a natural, bodybuilding champion and have worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 15 years.
I've held several positions with sports nutrition companies. During this time, I worked in the research departments and would spend a good portion of my day reading studies on various nutrients. My interest would sway towards research related to exercise and nutrition and is reflected in my programming. I take an evidence-based approach to fitness and nutrition. You will also notice in my Blog, I write quite extensively about the latest research on nutrition/dieting, training and overall health.
Speaking of writing, I have written for various fitness magazines and have been Editor-in-Chief of two publications: Muscle News and Muscle Insider.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the NSCA and a PN Certified Coach in Exercise Nutrition. I have helped numerous people reach their physique goals and I am confident I can help you too.
